Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Smokers Lounge.
Orders containing Cigars (part or whole) shipped outside the UK will be dispatched with tracking number, however in the event of customs or excise duty being applied by the buyer’s country laws the liability will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
SMOKE LOUNGE IS NOT LIABLE FOR CHARGES (VAT, TAX OR DUTY) OCCURED ON ANY GOODS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK.
